What if

I did an interview to Ivan and these are his answers:

If he won a million dollars, he would invest a big part of the money buying houses for his parents, he would help the needed people and the rest, he would spend it in things for himself. If he asked for three wishes they would be, he would like to read other people's thoughts, he would like to be very wise, he would like to finish the poverty. If he could buy a new car, he would buy a jaguar because it is one the prototype of car that he would like to have. If he could spend one day with any famous person, he would like to spend  a day with Hugh Hefner. If he had enough money  to travel anywhere, he would like to go to Dubai. If he could have any job, he would like to be a soccer player. If he could live anywhere the world, he would stay to live in Italy. If he were a leader in your country, first he would end corruption and he would give the salary that each person deserves.

The time I was terribly sick

I remember the time I was terribly sick. I particularly remember what I had, what the doctor told me and how I recovered. First, I remember what I had. I felt ugly and harsh symptoms. I had a severe pain in the abdominal area that left me walking bad. I could not sleep. I was with my mom, she was very worried because she had not seen me like this. So she took me to the clinic. Second I remember too what the doctor told me. I had to go to the clinic. I went to the doctor with my mom. He told me I had to have a surgery because I had appendicitis. It was very serious to spend  more time. Third, I also remember how I recovered. I recovered at home. After surgery, taking into account the recommendations of the doctor and the care of my mom I recovered faster. I got no scar. After all this, the time I was sick was unpleasant but I had wonderful care.

Developing an outline

Topic sentence: I remenber the time I was terribly sick.

Claim 1: I felt ugly and harsh symptoms.

Supporting detail 1: I had a severe pain in the abdominal area that left me walking bad nor sleep.

Claim 2: I had to go to the clinic.

Supporting detail 2: I went to the doctor with my mom. He told me I had to have a surgery because I had appendicitis and was very serious to spend more time.

Claim 3: I recovered at home.

Supporting detail 3: After surgery, taking into account the recommendations of the doctor and the care of my mom I recovered faster, at this time I got no scar.

Conclusion: The time I was sick was unpleasant but I had wonderful care.
